2. Data Collection and Use

By using SwiftClean, you consent to the collection of technical and usage data such as:

  • Usage data: interactions with features, cleaning tools, and storage optimization.

This data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, fix issues, and enhance your experience.

3. App Functionality

SwiftClean helps optimize your device by:

  • Cleaning junk files, cache, and temporary files.
  • Removing duplicate media files.
  • Improving storage efficiency and device performance.

You are responsible for reviewing files before deletion. SwiftClean is not liable for any loss of data resulting from user actions.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium features are available through in-app purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system.

5. App Updates

We may periodically update the app with new features, improvements, or bug fixes. Continued use of SwiftClean after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SwiftClean is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance and are not responsible for damages arising from app use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to SwiftClean if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal activities.
